Terms of purchasing:
Payment can be made by Paypal or credit card - Mastercard, Visa -, by bank transfer or check for french residents. All prices are in Euro.
For Firefox users: if you have no Paypal account, you can still pay by credit card, by clicking on the option 'Continue' at the bottom of the Paypal page.

Shipping :
All items are shipped, at our costs, by registered and insured mail service. For any other shipping service - Fedex, UPS...- please contact us. All packages can be traced with a tracking number provided by the post office and consultable on their website: www.coliposte.fr.

We are not responsible for delays occurred by custom officials.

Returns policy :
Items can be returned in its original condition, on a reimbursable basis, without justification within seven days of the date of receipt. After this time, the cancellation of the sale will be accepted if due to a misleading description : undescribed restorations, highly inaccurate dimensions, authenticity challenged by a thermoluminescence test.

In case of damage during transport, a damages declaration of form provided by the postal office must be attached to the refund claim.
